Dr. Kaufmann has more than 15 years of experience providing services to help those with problem gambling and a variety of other behavior-based issues. He currently serves as the Director of gaming Services and Program Development for Kindbridge Behavioral Health, where he aims to transform approaches to online learning and guide them into a fun and innovative era for a modern audience of online learners. 
He is a Board Approved Clinical Consultant through the International Problem Gambling and Gaming Certification Organization (IPGGC), and has been training counselors to build their gambling counselor expertise for over 10 years.
